How DVB-T Finder Map works

A practical flow for quick field checks and home antenna tuning.

The best results come from an iterative workflow in the United Kingdom: pick target transmitter, align azimuth with compass, then validate expected margin with installation parameters.

Select location and transmitter

  1. Choose country and allow GPS or set manual coordinates.
  2. Open Finder and shortlist transmitters by distance and MUX.
  3. Open details to check azimuth, ERP, channels, and terrain profile.

Tune and validate installation

  1. Use Live Compass to align antenna to target azimuth.
  2. Adjust installation parameters in Simulator.
  3. Validate margin estimate and iterate on gain/height/cable setup.
